Mateus works with movement as both language and transformation, crafting physical narratives shaped by culture, family and transition. His guiding force is story through the body: choreography as a portal into memory, identity and collective energy.

Through lyrical direction and embodied facilitation, he creates spaces where movement becomes expression rather than performance -  grounded, intentional and alive. His work lives at the intersection of dance and lived experience, where physicality becomes both archive and evolution.
