PLAY is a collective built around a simple belief: that play shouldn’t disappear as we get older.

In a world shaped by speed, screens, and constant output, moments of presence are increasingly rare. By fusing movement with the creative arts, PLAY creates space to slow down, tune inward, and reconnect – to the body, to curiosity, and to each other. This is where we present Art in motion

In a world driven by speed, screens, and constant output, true presence is rare.

OUR VALUES
Exploration

We are curious by nature, like that kid that never stops asking “but why”?

We are driven by curiosity, discovery and growth.

Movement

Emotions are stored in the body. Movement acts as our guiding force, allowing release and connection to the body & environment.

Community

We are a family of like-minded people working to harness our most authentic & true self, through prioritising the act of "PLAY".

Arts

Self-expression is a powerful, liberating practice. We invite this to be showcased, shared and practiced through each of our events.

A player
by nature

India Bailey is an ex-athlete turned coach, event curator, wellness editor for sports, style, and culture magazine CircleZeroEight & founder of PLAY.

Her experience spans two decades across movement, wellness, and event programming, including designing movement-led and cultural experiences for brands such as Soho House, Technogym, Lululemon, Patreon, and Airbnb.

Having spent years in environments shaped by performance and optimisation, India became increasingly inspired by what gets lost when everything is measured: curiosity, presence, creativity, and a true connection to self.

PLAY is a product of her background in movement and creative direction. Her aim is to create a space that is less about output and more about experience. Through this work, she continues to explore alternative ways of moving and creating, alongside prioritising an offline community — one that welcomes play, individuality, discovery, and the feeling of….well, being human.

PLAY meets you where you are. You don't have to fit a mould.

PLAY meets you where you are. You don't have to fit a mould.

If you’re new to movement, this is a place to explore.

To try things out. To discover what you enjoy, how you move, and what your body responds to without judgement.

And if you’re a seasoned mover, athlete, or performance-led trainer, PLAY offers something different.

A space to release the structure, drop the metrics, and simply be in your body.

Play doesn’t stop when the session ends.

It ripples into how you feel, connect, and create.

No experience required.

No expectations to meet.

"Watching Play in action is magic, India is warm and open. She has created a safe space for people to enjoy movement together and release their inhibitions! Being able to perform poetry to a group of people during their meditation was incredible, so glad I got to share my words and share this experience in such a powerful space"

"After having a pretty hard week it was so refreshing to finish my Sunday feel lighter, joyful and en energised. Every Play event I have been to has brought my inner peace, fun and joy in a city can feel so serious and hectic. It's inspiring to be around people that are looking to reconnect to their inner child."

"Play is like stepping into another realm, where you can escape day to day pressures and feel like you’re in someone else’s hands. It was a fun and energising experience that made me glad I could avail of something so unique"

"I’m so done with exercise classes that are rigid, superficially motivated and dry. PLAY is none of those things. I go to release my anger, let out my laughter and to get out of my head into my body. I always cry a little and I always leave feeling both soft and strong. I make friends every time and I leave feeling like I’ve worked out my body and my heart. Highly recommend it."
