Georgia Martin
Georgia works with movement as a way back to the self - weaving yoga, breath, touch and mindful movement into spaces of grounding and connection. Her practice began with Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and has grown through yoga and Pilates, and now The PLAY Method, always guided by a deep belief that movement can create space for both body and mind.
With a background in the NHS supporting vulnerable community groups, Georgia brings care, sensitivity and inclusivity to her work. She is passionate about making movement accessible, creating spaces where there are no prerequisites — only an invitation to arrive as you are.
Her sessions explore the quieter relationship between movement and wellbeing, encouraging people to listen inward, soften patterns and reconnect with what the body already knows. Through adaptable and chair-based practices, she creates classes that feel welcoming, grounded and alive, whatever your age, ability or experience.
